Why Choose GRP

Opting for a fiberglass (GRP) tiled pool or spa offers numerous advantages over traditional concrete methods, making it a superior choice for both residential and commercial projects. The benefits of GRP include faster construction, reduced costs, and improved access to fittings, pipework, and electrical components. This is especially important for time-sensitive projects, where minimizing downtime is crucial for commercial businesses.

Choosing GRP for your pool or spa provides several key benefits:

  • Cost Efficiency: GRP significantly reduces the overall project cost compared to concrete.

  • Speed of Installation: Our GRP products can be installed in as little as one day, minimising disruption and allowing for quicker completion of your project.

  • Quality Assurance: Manufactured in controlled factory conditions, GRP pools and spas offer a high-quality finish with rigorous QMS control. This ensures consistent quality, free from the weather-related delays that can affect on-site construction.

  • Pre-Water Testing: Every GRP pool and spa undergoes thorough water testing before delivery, eliminating on-site water leakage issues.

  • Design Flexibility: GRP allows for greater creativity in design, enabling the creation of bespoke features tailored to your specific needs.

  • Easy Maintenance: With greater access to fittings, GRP pools and spas are easier to maintain, reducing potential downtime—an advantage particularly valuable for time-sensitive commercial projects.

Shell Design

Stainless steel Frame: A stainless steel frame is built in to the pool to secure the structure and maintain shape. It is fitted with adjustable legs in case of any foundation level variations.

Foam insulation: Using polyurethane foam not only adds a valuable coating of insulation but also an additional layer of strength. This complies with building regulations Part L standards to enhance thermal heat retention.

Fiberglass (GRP): There are 2 layers of fiberglass used in the creation of the pool shell  providing increased structural strength.

Wall coring layer: We use an advanced honeycomb technology for the materials lightweight properties and strength provided to the shells integrity when spread across large surface areas.

Gel Coat: A gel coat is used as an extra water proofing agent and helps provide vital prevention of deterioration and erosion of the pools molecular structure.

Mosaic Tiles: The layer of mosaic tiles offers a contemporary and polished texture to the pools flooring and walls.
